Service conditions

These conditions concern hosting and email services delivered by Nebon Aps.

  • Nebon Aps holds the right to determine whether the conditions outlined here have been meet by any given customer.
  • Nebon Aps holds the right to, by their own discretion, to withhold or terminate any services to any given customer if the conditions outlined here are deemed unmet by the customer in a satisfactory manner.
  • The distribution of harmful scripts, computer viruses or other data, which can harm software or hardware or in any other way interfere with other client’s communication and/or data, is absolutely forbidden.
  • Any use of the servers of Nebon to distribute spam, as defined by the Danish marketing law  §6, is absolutely forbidden.
  • Any use of the servers of Nebon in a way which leads to unnecessary pressure on the network of Nebon, is absolutely forbidden.
  • It is not allowed to resell the products of Nebon without the explicit permission of Nebon.
  • Nebon holds the right to withhold and terminate services, if it is deemed necessary to make network maintenance, or if technical issues emerge.
  • Nebon does not hold any responsibility for economical losses occurring as a result of technical problems, loss of network connection or disruption of the network of Nebon.
  • Any attempt to obtain other users’ password or any other form of private data from the network is absolutely forbidden.
  • The customer is responsible for all actions performed under the given username and password. Signing in using the correct password is considered a legally binding signature.
  • If a customer has any reason to think that a third party has obtained information about his/her username and/or password, the customer must report it immediately to the staff at Nebon on either phone. (+45) 70 26 14 20 or info@nebon.dk.
  • The placement of any form of content on the network of Nebon that is illegal according to Danish law is absolutely forbidden.


Payment conditions

  • Nebon Aps can without any warning issue or update one or more price lists for the services of Nebon ApS. Customers can find these price lists on the homepage of Nebon www.nebon.dk.
  • Payments that are not paid in advance with the use of online payments will be issued as a bill, which will be sent out every 3rd month. This bill will cover a three month period ending at the due date of the bill. If the bill is not paid on time, there will be added penalizing interest upon the 9th day after the due date and forward, until the outstanding payment has been paid in full.
  • If the outstanding payment has not been paid in full 30 days after the due date, Nebon reserves the right to refuse the customer more services and can withhold current services, until the outstanding payment has been paid in full.
  • Should a customer have any objections to a bill, these must then be reported in writing to Nebon within 30 days after the date of issue, otherwise the bill be considered to have been accepted by the customer.
  • If an outstanding payment has not been paid in full within three months after due date, Nebon holds the right to terminate all services and delete all customer data Nebon is hosting.


Termination of services

  • An official termination of services from the customer must always happen with three months notice delivered in writing to Nebon before the end of a month*.

* That means, that if you want to terminate your service and if it is the 14th and there are 30 days in that month, there are 16 days + 3 months until you will receive your last bill from Nebon.  A finishing bill will be sent to you as the final payment containing the remaining days of the termination period.
